Physical Therapy Prescription
If you are seeking the benefits of physical therapy due to an accident, injury, illness, pain, pre or post surgical rehab conditioning or other diagnosis, you may print out a copy of our prescription for your physician’s approval. Most insurance companies require a physician’s diagnosis and signature on a prescription to initiate a physical therapy or aquatic therapy program.

DID YOU KNOW?
Direct Access approved in the State of California allows you to see a Physical Therapist without a referral from a physician. Your Physical Therapist is able to evaluate and treat your symptoms and refer you to your physician for any atypical indications.
