Michelle has worked with the company since 1993 and is responsible for helping to establish Magnolia Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehab Center in 1995. Prior to this position and having proudly raised three children, she also worked as Personnel Administrator for a large computer company in Irvine.

Michelle provides all administrative and clerical support for the CEO, CFO and managerial staff at all three clinics. As the Human Resources Manager, Michelle provides the liaison between the owners and the employees. She publishes a monthly newsletter communicating company business issues and personal interest stories and accomplishments among the employees. She is responsible for interviewing and screening applicants who are interested in joining the company. Michelle thoroughly enjoys the people she has come to know over the years, employees and patients alike. Currently, Michelle is serving as the Project Manager for the Aquatic Therapy Center and expansion project at Magnolia Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehab Center.

Michelle resides in Huntington Beach with her husband and welcomes homecoming visits with her grown children. She enjoys gardening, bike-riding, reading, yoga, dancing and eclectic music.
